I can't help but render myself a bit naive, but I really can't believe this happens in the world. Complete deprogramming of the human mind/personality? Nuts. I am not trivializing or putting down people who are that immersed in the lifestyle by any means, but wow. I could never imagine giving up my life for a fetish, that way. I suppose for those people it's much, much more than a fetish, and you actually get way more into the psychology side of things than the sex side, but still.
