Okay, not true by a long shot (besides, everyone knows that Black Flag are the Best Band Evar). But they are up there. Huuuuuu!

Heart attack city. This is good shit for me to listen to in the state I'm in. It's weird because it's SO noise and SO grindy and SO insane and schizophrenic, but it is somehow helping me get my rage out and also calming me down at the same time.

I am an angry, angry person inside. OH LOOK AT ME I'M SO PuNKRaWK, I HATE EVERYTHING AND I AM SO ANGRY AT THE WORLD. Seriously though, I'm so angry and it's all in this crazy little spot in my chest and it's getting harder and harder to contain it. I'm hoping my new gym efforts will quell/expell my roid rage (kidding! about the roids part!). They did a bit today. It's more productive than smashing shit around at work and giving everyone who walks in the door the coldest, most deathiest stare they have probably ever known. Now if I could only put gutterbumpers on that rage and roll my ball towards some song-writing, then I'd bowl a 3-fucking-hundred! Why am I talking about bowling?
